Since 2012, in spring and autumn, as part of our Ethno-education programmes, different working groups have been meeting at the Foundation to learn about various issues related to mycology in a broad sense and from a responsible point of view with the environment: recognition of the fungi and mushrooms of each season, morphology, uses, their importance in the ecosystem and in the agri-food cycles…
During the year 2020, the activities have been adapted to the health situation and the different working groups have met both online and in-person on outings to the forest.
We collaborated with specialists such as Dr. Arsenio Terrón and Darío Fernández Santos.
