In these valleys, artisan fly tyers for trout fishing use feathers of different colours to imitate insects. They are colourful lures of Pardos roosters; the corzuno, the sarrioso, the flor de escoba and the famous langareto and Indians; the negrisco, the acerado, the rubión, the palometa and the plateado. During these three days of workshop we will know closely this ancient living tradition, we will chat with fishermen and historians of fishing, with the roosters breeders in Vecilla del Curueño and with the river guards in the Aula del Río de Vegas del Condado to finally be able to carve and paint in wood some colourful feathers.
