The garden is a simplified natural space that offers an excellent opportunity to get in contact with nature, as well as facilitating certain experiences around plants and animals. Working the garden, either in rural areas or in the urban environment, is an adventure that we will live through active practices, developing values such as autonomy and responsibility, creativity, work groups and respect and defense of the environment. Participants will start a field notebook that will gather information about the organization and operation of the garden. The notebook will follow the work in the garden, recording the knowledge and experiences acquired.
