The violagambist Miguel Bonal and the accordionist Marta Cubas are part, together with the composer Tomás Ocaña, of the first edition of the JME-FCAYC Residency Programme. Both performers will take part in this concert, which will include the premiere of two works by the composer from Malaga. The programme will be completed with works by other composers. This concert is part of the JME-FCAYC Residencies Programme, the result of the collaboration between Juventudes Musicales de España and the Fundación Cerezales Antonino y Cinia.
The three musicians have been working together during this week of artistic residency at the Foundation. In this concert they will premiere a work for viola da gamba and another for accordion written expressly within the framework of this collaboration, which will be heard together with pieces by Marais, Telemann, Abel, Hosokawa and Zorn.
