Filandones on Traditional Uses of Plants

The Foundation’s Ethno-education program carries out a series of Filandones (get-togethers), which will be held in Cerezales del Condado and surrounding towns (Vegas, Castro y Santa María del Condado).
The aim is to collect date about the local flora analyzing the traditional uses of both savage and domestic local plants.
The activity is in line with the exhibition “The Natural Frame” by Jan Hendrix, since his work centers around the vegetable kingdom.
