Juan Galiardo (Piano), Antonio Miguel (Double bass) and Miguel A. Benito (Drums)

Created in 2010, this band is the result of the diverse musical influences of each of its members.
They are young musicians trained at the most prestigious music schools in the world, such as the Berklee College of Music in Boston (USA) or the City College of New York.

Juan Galiardo - Piano

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA (2004) and holds a diploma in Music Education from the University of Cadiz (1998). He has studied with teachers such as Danilo Pérez, Joe Lovano, Edward Tomassi, David Santoro, Joanne Brackeen. Recipient of the «Berklee European Scholarship Tour» and of the scholarship for the «Perfeccionamiento de las artes escénicas en el extranjero» of the Junta de Andalucía.
He currently teaches Piano and Harmony at the University of Évora (Portugal) and at the School of Modern Music and Jazz at the University of Cadiz. He has worked with musicians such as Jerry Bergonzi, Mark Whitfield, Darren Barrett, Joe Magnarelli, Freddie Bryant, Mark Ledford, Dave Santoro, Luques Curtis, Esperanza Spalding, Andrea Michelutti, Hogyu Hwang...
Juan has performed concerts in the USA, Japan. Philippines, UK, Ireland and France.

Antonio Miguel - Double bass

He started playing the electric bass at the age of 16 with his father in Zaragoza. He soon played in local groups such as El Alquimista, in which he recorded his first CD. Three years later he began to study classical double bass at the Professional Conservatory of Zaragoza. In 1999, he moved to Madrid to continue his studies in classical music and jazz. He obtained the Professional Diploma in Double Bass and Electric Bass at the Escuela de Música Creativa. In the summer of 2004, he was awarded the Tete Montoliu scholarship for jazz studies by the AIE and the Joel Scholarship by The City College of New York, which allowed him to move to New York. There he had the opportunity to play with jazz greats such as Dave Liebman, Fred Hersch and John Abercrombie. He attended master classes with Chick Corea, Christian McBride, Richard Bona and Allan Holdsworth, and studied with John Patitucci, Sean Smith and François Moutin.
Antonio has played with; Paquito D'Rivera, Jerry González, Claudio Roditi, Ben Sidran, Rosario Giuliani, Rick Margitza, Jorge Pardo, Perico Sambeat, Ximo Tébar, Pedro Iturralde, Horacio Icasto and Bob Sands among others. His latest works include recordings for Pepe Rivero Trio, Eva Cortés, Olivia Trummer, Benedikt Janhel Trio, Moisés P. Sánchez Quartet and Kristjan Randalu Quartet.

Miguel A. Benito - Drums

Born in Burgos, he began playing classical percussion at the age of 14 and drums at the age of 17. He started playing professionally in different groups at the age of 18 in Burgos, and at the age of 22 he settled in Madrid, where he currently lives.
He trained in classical percussion and vibraphone with Emma Brodie at Aula de Músicas (Madrid). Advanced jazz studies at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. «Performance Studies at Berklee College of Music (Boston).
Since the end of 2010 he has been studying Indian tabla with Niraj Kumar, currently he is studying at the Nataraya school with Namtha Kumar. He has collaborated and accompanied musicians such as: Abdu Salim, Dan Rochlis, Carlos Barreto, Vocalesse, Tony Heymer, Federico Lechner, Concha Buika, Ximo Tebar, Ester Andujar, Román Filiu , Israel Sandoval, Toño Miguel, Borja Barrueta, Manuel Machado , Jerry Gonzalez, Antonio Serrano, Ariel Bringuez,Yaniv Nactchum, Cesar Latorre, Doug Murro, Iñaki Askunze, Boby Martinez, Pablo Martin, Horacio Icasto....
