Set up and operate that telescope you have in your storage room. We will show you how to make the most of it in a very simple way and finally be able to observe the firmament: the craters of the Moon, Andromeda or the rings of Saturn. After the basic notions and set-up, we will put what we have learned into practice at night, after a walk through the solar system guided by the experts. You can repeat on the night of the Perseids.

José Vicente Casado has been involved in geology, palaeontology and astronomy since he was a child. He has recovered thousands of fossils and minerals, and has made an inventory of all the points of mineralogical and palaeontological interest in the province of León. He has participated in the elaboration of contents for several science museums in Europe, the United States and Japan.

Ana Mª Ordoñez Lanza has been a keen collector of minerals, fossils and meteorites with José Vicente Casado for many years.
