Thanks to collaboration with the Green Office of the University of León, the Cerezales Antonino and Cinia Foundation is organising, for another season, a series of theoretical-practical sessions to learn about autumn fungi, aimed at beginners in the subject.
Programme:
Saturday, 29 October. 10 am to 1 pm.
Field trip to the hills around Cerezales for the recognition of fungi in their natural habitats: meadows, oak woods, poplar groves, pine forests, etc.
Wednesday, 2 November. From 6 pm to 8 pm.
Laboratory work: characterisation of somatic and reproductive structures of fungi. Feeding and reproductive strategies in fungi
Tuesday, 8 November. From 6pm to 8pm.
Study of fresh autumn mushroom specimens. Analysis of the main toxicological syndromes from mushroom ingestion
