Introductory workshop to the techniques of natural dyes. We will use nearby products that we can find without difficulty in the surroundings of Cerezales del Condado, but also in our garden or in the fruit shop. We will experiment with different recipes and supports such as fabric or paper to see the result of the dyes in terms of coloration and texture.
Run by: Pilar Casado and Antonio Ballester Moreno.
Pilar Casado comes from the world of design but what moves her is the need to experiment, learn with her hands and reconnect with that wild self-attentive to the rhythm that marks nature. From the observation and walks through the environment find the necessary materials to enjoy the colors and natural dyes.
Antonio Ballester Moreno lives and works in Madrid. He is a plastic artist and his work treats the ideas of creation and creativity as learning processes. He has made several solo exhibitions internationally and he has participated in group exhibitions at the 33 Bienal de Sao Paulo or the The Hole Gallery in New York, among many others.
