For thousands of years, human groups have surely gathered at night to observe the sky and interpret it, decipher its changes and get to know its nature.

Today science has given us many answers and not a few questions. However, fake news, new legends on the internet and misrepresented data cause that this knowledge does not reach most people.

As every year, we will have in Cerezales that special night meeting, as our ancestors used to do. We will talk about this year’s astronomical discoveries with rigour and from the perspective of science. We look at the Moon, the stars, the planets, and artificial satellites. Besides, we’ll try to see shooting stars.
