For three hours we will elaborate a basic menu using mushrooms.
Taught by Anabel Antelo Urdiales, expert at mycology cooking and writer of titles like: “Cocinar con setas y frutos silvestres” (Cooking with mushrooms and wild fruits) (Ediciones Leonesas S.A.). She works periodically along with the University of León giving speeches and teaching workshops about mycology and healthy cooking.
