Taught by Dr. Federico Bernaldo de Quiros Guidotti, Dra. Ana Neira Campos, teachers at Universidad of León and Dra. Raquel Martínez Peñín, professional archaeologist.
The goal of this workshop is to give children an introductory course about prehistory through activities that combine both recreational and educational methods.
In this edition of the workshop activities are focused on:
-Archaeological excavation: Participants will make an excavation, which will teach them how information is obtained and how those data are interpreted in order to get to understand prehistoric ways of life.
-Ceramics: Participants will create clay recipients using the same technics that were used in the first vessels.
On the 6th of July, participants will visit Castro de Coaña (Asturias).
