Vicente Navarro is a musician and actor from Madrid with roots in La Mancha whose music moves between Spanish and Latin American folklore, urban and electronic music. In 2019 he published his first album ‘Casi tierra’, which had a great repercussion with tracks such as ‘En el río’, ‘Esternón’ or ‘Un llanto’.
The hands is the second album by Vicente Navarro, released by El Tragaluz in November 2022 and produced by Damian Schwartz. Vicente Navarro continues in ‘Las manos’ a line of work in which he updates and reinforces Spanish folklore, as well as its external influences, at a time of special interest for the development of new ways of understanding traditional music.
In this work, the artist from Madrid-Manchego aims to open a channel for reflection on encounter and loss and to express the different ways of living with these emotions.
