Throughout the cycle we will review where the food we eat comes from, how and what we grow, under what conditions we do it and what implications it has for the planet. We will also think about how we cook, with whom we cook and with whom we share a dish, and how such a common gesture can help us rethink our way of building the world. We will get to know and analyse some culinary techniques, from the most purely traditional to some more avant-garde ones, and we will let ourselves be seduced by the aromas and flavours obtained. Together we will consider ways of obtaining food in a sustainable way and we will learn how to cook, take advantage of, share and celebrate the abundance of some crops.
