“Declaration of ruin” is an exhibition organized by Fundación Cerezales Antonino y Cinia. It is the star point, the preliminary notes and a part of the vocabulary of a research work about the idea of ruin. Its references are based on different experience and study fields, ranging from philosophy, history, politics, the passage of time and the presence of the remains in the physic space, to esthetics, materiality or the waste as a witness of the idea of ruin itself.

The exhibition gathers together a group of works by different artists such as: Bleda y Rosa, Philipp Fröhlich, Biel Capllonch… It is represented as an open structure similar to a notebook, with the intention to organize, contrast and collect references, and explore the first reaction of the public to articulate the suggested research work.
