Golpe de Cumbia
His relation with electronic music and the sound contexts related to it was materialised at the first Golpe de Cumbia, on 23 February 2013, organised by a recently created C.S.N. (North East Sound Collective) where he is a member. However, a previous work, more related to group acoustic music, is vital to understand his background: since 1998 he is part of several bands with different styles, from European or South American traditional music to funk, reggae, afrobeat or ska. Later, he joins all these influences with electronic rhythms and cumbia. In this way, a more than interesting conversation emerges, between roots and future and present trends.
