Klier Duo

Duo Klier are Pablo Castro and Talía Ramos Martinez.
Born in León, they began their musical studies at an early age in a private way and later in the
Professional Conservatory of Music of León. Later they entered the Conservatorio Superior de Música Eduardo Martínez Torner in Oviedo, where they obtained the Título Superior de Violín, under the tutelage of José Ramón Hevia, professor at the conservatory.
Since their beginnings they have formed part of instrumental ensembles and orchestras such as the Orquesta Juventudes Musicales Universidad de León, Orquesta de Cámara de Ponferrada, Orquesta Millenium de Gijón, Orquesta del
Teatro del Liceo de Barcelona, Joven Orquesta Internacional Ciudad de Oviedo (JOICO) and Joven Orquesta Sinfónica del Principado de Asturias (JOSPA). Since 2006 they have been members of the Orquesta Sinfónica Odón Alonso de León.
In 2004 they formed part of the Cuarteto Mixture with which they performed on several occasions in Asturias, Cantabria and Castilla y León, participating in the recording of an album. In 2005 they established the Klier Duo with the aim of further studying the repertoire for two violins.
They have attended advanced courses with the teachers Héctor Corpus, Gonçal Comellas, José Ramón Hevia, Aitor Hevia, Lander Etxebarria and Natalia Lomeiko, among others. They are currently completing their training with Héctor Corpus, principal violinist of the Principality of Asturias Symphony Orchestra.
Since 2009 they have been violin teachers at the Escuela de Música de León “Contrapunto” and at the Escuela Municipal de Música de la Virgen del Camino.
